The Injectable TheadLift™ is owned, copyrighted, and trademarked by Leslie Fletcher, RN, MEP-C. She also owns a provisional patent on the procedure. In order to market this procedure using one of the trademarked terms currently used in commerce, our requirements are: that you are trained directly by Leslie Fletcher, RN, MEP-C or one of her designated trainers, and that you enter into a licensing agreement to use these terms in the marketing of this procedure to your patients. Please note that for a limited time, the licensing of these terms is included in the price of the course, "Injectable Thread Lift™, a Masters Level Course"
