Leslie Fletcher, RN, MEP-C

Mrs. Fletcher has been practicing as an aesthetic nurse specialist for nine years. During that time she has had the distinct advantage of working with many physicians in Southern California, including a world renowned, celebrity dermatologist.

Currently Leslie is crafting her skills in a private practice shared with a well-respected Plastic Surgeon in Los Angeles where she is known by her patients and colleagues for her inspiring artistic eye, and her innovative uses for injecting Botulinum Toxin Type A  and various dermal fillers.

Artistic expression is something that she believes should be closely tied to the Aesthetic industry. Each of her patients gets to experience her creative ingenuity during their aesthetic "design consultation". She is highly sought after specifically for her natural lip designs. Working with the lips whether with BOTOX® Cosmetic or fillers is an art form for Leslie that she strongly feels cannot be rushed. Individualization is a necessity. Leslie is passionate about imparting her developed artistic and medical skills with colleagues. Training other doctors and nurses throughout the country on her techniques and styles with injectables is one of the most rewarding experiences of her career. This unique opportunity keeps her apprised of all the latest techniques in the world of injectables enhancing her education  to benefit her clients with the most up to date technology and information.

Recently Leslie has copyrighted exclusive curricula material for teaching her trademarked procedure, The Injectable Thread Lift™. This novel approach that relocates sagging skin upward, is quickly sweeping the nation.  It has already been published in several medical journals, and is getting funding by major pharmaceutical companies for investigational studies showing superior outcomes. She recently filmed a segment for “My Fox L.A, Style File” debuting the technique for potential patients across the country. She has also been filmed for a documentary focusing on advances in Aesthetic medicine, with a highlight on The Injectable Thread Lift™ technique.

Leslie’s advancements in the injection arena, as well as her ability to be an effective communicator have been highly recognized.  She has lectured at various national aesthetic conferences, round tables, and has been invited three times to major pharmaceutical companies headquarters serving on various focus groups for worldwide advertising. 

She is a member of American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses (ASPSN). and the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists (SPSSCS).  In 2008 she became one of only 100 practitioners nationally to become certified in the Medical Esthetic field, giving her the title Medical Esthetic Professional-Certified (MEP-C).

These experiences, combined with her astute interpersonal skills, and ability to energize and cultivate trainees, is what has made her a valuable industry resource for aesthetic medical practitioners.
